Just a quick announcement - by popular demand, you can now create a quick welcome message when you add a login account to a person. When you click the "Add login account" button in the person form, you'll see a new field for "welcome message" - just type in whatever message you'd like that person to receive from you in the welcome email and it will be inserted into the standard welcome email that includes their temporary password... or feel free to leave it blank if you just want them to get the standard email without anything personalized.

That's all there is to it! This will make it easier to explain what Stafftool is and how you will be using it to new users and help encourage them to actively participate.
