If you have a large number of contacts in your address book you can import them all at once with stafftool using the vCard import feature. Here are some simple steps to insure success:

1. Open Apple Address Book
2. Select “Preferences” from the Address Book menu
3. Click on the icon that is labeled “vCard”
4. From the “Encoding:” drop down list select “Unicode (UTF-8)”
5. Close the preferences pane
6. Right click [control-click] on the smart group and select “Export Group vCard…” from the pop-up menu
7. Give the file a logical name and remember where you save it (the Desktop may be a great option)

You have successfully created a group vCard, now you need to import that group into stafftool:

1. Log in to your stafftool account
2. Click on the people tab (or press 2 on your keyboard)
3. Select “Import People” from the menu on the right side of the screen
4. When the import window appears, select the second tab, “vCard import”
5. Click on the choose file button and browse to the vCard file you created with Address Book
6. Click on the “Create Import” button

Congratulations! You have just imported a group of people into stafftool!
