iPhone Events Interface tweak

This is an iPhone interface request only. When viewing the events tab there is a set of arrows on the right for previous and next months. I find they are a bit close together for my fingers. Any way to space them out a bit or set them up like the iPhone native calendar that has them left and right?

Had a thought.. what if tapping an arrow brings up a grid with 12 months and the next/previous year(s)? It would be consistent with the address lookup feature which works really well. I will send a sample of what i am thinking by email since there is no attachment option or inline image feature for us.

Actually, I was working with the events calendar in Safari and realized I wished this type of interface was on the web version also! I wanted to find an event that was next January and had to click the right arrow 9 times, then had to click left 9 times to get back.

Yeah, I actually used to have this on a really old version - I agree it's nice to have for quickly getting to a particular month. I want to figure out a better place and way of accessing it than I had before, so I'll try some stuff out.
